BPM Bathrooms: bringing website design, photography and client stories together
Updated: 18 hours ago
BPM Bathrooms is a family-run bathroom and kitchen fitting business in Battersea, London. The business approached TW Web Design for a complete overhaul of three existing websites, alongside an SEO and Google Ads campaign. This project was originally featured in our portfolio on 10 January 2024.

The brief: a clearer presentation of an established business
A bathroom or kitchen is a considered purchase. Before making contact, a customer may want to understand the services available, see examples of the work and hear from people who have used the business. For this project, the existing website presence was ready for a redesign.
TW Web Design provided a sleek, modern website design and carried out photography, customer interviews and testimonial work. The brief therefore covered both the presentation of the business and the material that would help explain it to prospective customers.
Design and original photography in one project
Planning photographs alongside a website is useful because each page has a job to do. A service introduction, a project example and a page about the people behind a business may need different images. Considering the page structure and imagery together helps identify what needs to be photographed before a finished layout is waiting for content.
In the BPM Bathrooms project, photography formed part of the wider website work. The existing project record also includes customer interviews and testimonials, bringing the client's own customer evidence into the process.
What other local service businesses can learn
For a trade or home-improvement business, begin with the questions your prospective customers ask: what work do you undertake, which areas do you serve, what does your work look like and how does someone start a conversation? Useful project examples and accurately attributed client feedback can support those answers.
Choose evidence that reflects the services you actually offer. Explain your role in a project, obtain permission for photographs and testimonials, and keep the contact route straightforward. These are practical content decisions; they do not depend on filling a page with repeated town names.
Discussing your own redesign
An existing website can contain useful search history, working links, case studies and client feedback. Before replacing it, identify what should be retained and how the revised pages will fit together. Discuss any photography, copy and functionality requirements as part of the same brief.
TW Web Design works from Reigate with businesses in Dorking, Redhill and surrounding Surrey towns, as well as clients further afield. If your business needs a new website or a redesign, work directly with Roland to agree the scope and next steps.
